Rosewater Sprinkler
- A rare antique Chinese rosewater sprinkler, depicting a flower with ornamented with chasing.
It displays a beautiful elongated neck flaring gently outwards towards the top. decorated with floral and leaf motifs in relief.
Resting on footed base with a scalloped edge.
Traditionally this type of sprinkler would be used in Jewish and Islamic ceremonies, as away of creating ambiance with elegant fragrances.
The sprinkler boasts The Gothic K hallmark used in the years 1830 - 1880. (Approximately)
