Antique Arabic Coffee Pot
- A traditional Arabic Dallah, a type of commonly used in the Middle East for the purposes of serving Gahwa (Arabic Coffee). This highly authentic version is highly ornate, hand crafted using a combination of brass & copper, which is typical in Dallah’s.
The pot boasts an impressive finial and superb decoration to the lid, whilst the main body displays intricate patterns often associated with this enchanting part of the world.
The Dallah is a national symbol in many Arab countries, and if often featured on currency, making this an important and significant antiquity.
Circa : Late 19th/ Early 20th century.
Condition : Used, wear commensurate with age, overall good patina, good.
