A vintage hand-colored lithograph of a View of the Birth Place of Robert Fulton Lancaster County, State of Pennsylvania. Created by artist John H. Sherwin, and lithographer Louis N. Rosenthal. Presented in a wooden frame. Entered according to an act of Congress in the year 1854 by J. Franklin Reigart, in the clerk's office of the District Court of the United States in and four the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Reigart & Dellinger publishers.Robert Fulton 1765-1815 an American engineer and inventor who developed a successful steamboat, which traveled on the river with passengers, from New York City to Albany. This winning experience changed steamboat value and promoted American river traffic.
