A Modernist style oil on canvas still life painting depicting a bouquet of red flowers in front of an open window overlooking an Italian city by David Davidovich Burliuk, 1882 to 1967. Signed lower right: Burliuk. On the back features, a composition sketch signed: Burliuk Itali 1948. Housed in a gilt wood frame. One of a kind artwork. David Burliuk was a Russian and American poet and artist of Ukrainian origin, one of the founders of futurism. David Burliuk is known for Modernist landscape, still life and figure painting.
