Ca. 1500 - 1400 BC.A Greek stone figurine of a bull with a stocky neck. It's raised head has protruding eyes behind a tapered snout. The horns are made in bone and project from its temples. The bull is covered in fine layers of brown patina.Size: 105mm x 90mm; Weight: 160gProvenance: From the collection of a London gentleman; formerly acquired in the early 2000s in Belgium; previously in 1970s European collection. This item has been cleared against the Art Loss Register database and comes with a confirmation letter.
