THAI GOLD LINGA
Dvaravati Period, Ca. 6-11th Century AD.A gold linga in three sections. It consists of a copper alloy square base, a silver octagonal central section and a gold round top incised with phallic markings. It is to symbolise Brahma (earth), Vishnu (kingly power) and Shiva (divinity).
