(1) Lotta Lilli is based on the original 1950's Hausser Bild Lilli. This is an 11.5" resin Lotta Bild Lilli is hand-made by the artist, Pania, from the mold to the finished dressed doll. She is strung together with a seperate scalp plate that is screwed into place with a small brass screw like the original, German Lilli. Lotta is made of USA resin with each piece individually poured, sanded, undercoated and has multiple coats of airbrushing and sealed with (3) coats of clear UV satin to give her a glowing patina. She has been painted using the finest archival acrylics. Vixen slanting eyes and airbrushed grey/green eyeshadow plus blush to achieve her "high color" look. Fire engine red lips in her trademark butterfly pout with matching manicure. Her black painted floral earrings and black high heels have been sealed in clear gloss to prevent chipping. Her hair is viscose and has been set with a kiss curl and hard curl, also a black bow completes her hairstyle. She is wearing a classic Lilli replica dress with a fitted red cotton bodice with ruffled neckline and three white dome buttons on the front, an attached mid-length skirt and a multi-colored dot apron.
