Published in the Federico Zeri Foundation Photo Library at no. 33256 - envelope 0136. Gold and tempera background for this highly prized table, a manifestation of the aesthetic appreciation of the art of the early Italian and Florentine Renaissance, which interested scholars of the mid-twentieth century. It is an iconography in which the loving harmony that binds the mother to the child - held gently by the side - and the rigorous setting of the three saints, in a row on two sides with respect to the central representation, offer the idea of a style that has come when ripe.
