Tempera on wood; levkas, gilding. Kovcheg. Top line: "Our Lady Hodegetria of Kazan", "Our Lady of Blachernae", "Our Lady Soothe my sickness"; middle line: "Our Lady of Joy to all Sufferers" with saints – Paul and Martha; bottom line: "Our Lady "Izbavlenie ot bed strazhduschih"", "Our Lady Melter of Hardened Hearts", "Our Lady Seeking of the Lost". Two selected saints on the borders – the Guardian Angel and saint Anna.
