A rocky island, surmounted by a band with the motto that from the title to the print, three eagles with insignia in the chest take flight, a fourth is still on top of the rock, in the sea of ships and some houses on the rocks. In the lower part, in the center, the insignia of Charles Joseph de Tornielle surmounted by a crown. The title derives from a saying of Horace: Ferocious eagles never produce a peaceful dove.
