Italian silver coffee pot - Naples, 1809-1823, mark of FRANCESCO GALLO
resting on three feet, egg-shaped body with zoomorphic spout, the lid with pinecone final and wooden handle with anthropomorphic attachment. Stamped with the mark used by the guild of goldsmiths of Naples for a silver fineness of 833/1000, 1809-1823, silversmith argentiere Francesco Gallo (Ref. Elio e Corrado Catello, argenti napoletani page 139).
Height 25 cm, width with handle 20 cm. Weight 634 gr.
Item condition grading: **** good (in need of polishing).
