In the lower margin six lines of Geruso's biography, dedication to Hieronimo Aquila da Villamena, privilege 'Cum privilegio summi pontificis' and authorization 'Superiorum permissu Romae Anno Iubilei'.
Printed on laid paper, trimmed. Good general conditions. Paper residues on the reverse in the corners and slight burnishing along the left edge.
