Candelabra with Samson and the lion. From a XIII century's design.
Coated bronze. 25 x 16 x 9,5 cm
German-manufactured chandellier depicting Samson riding the lion. An identical model in Berlin's Museum was dated to the XIII century. It is unsure if our item can be dated the same way.
Our specimen features similar refining, although less emphasized.
Extremely fascinating item, worthy of studying.
