A GLAZED PORCELAIN BALUSTER VASE, MAEBYONG
Korea, Joseon period, late 19th - early 20th century
The vase with circular section and maximum diameter near the shoulder supporting a short cylindrical neck with a mouth undelined by a border, the relief decoration on the body consisting of vine shoots with bunches of grapes, the whole external surface with a very light blue glaze.
30 x 14 cm
Provenance: Italian private collection, acquired in Korea in the 1960s.
