The symbol that appears on the book is a fascinating historical proposal for the flag of the Zionist movement, designed by Dr. Max Bodenheimer (the author's father) in 1891. Star of David: The traditional Jewish symbol, which forms the basis. The seven stars: These are the ”golden stars” from Benjamin Ze'ev Herzl's vision.
