A special edition of Yedioth Ahronoth - November 29. A special edition of the newspaper "Yedioth Ahronoth" (numbered as issue 3287), containing an extensive announcement about the results of the UN vote on the partition plan.
Release date: 29.11.1947.
Extremely rare issued a few hours after the UN vote.
In the upper part was printed the title "Jewish State!", and below it the details of the vote of all the participating countries, and a brief overview of the voting process. In the lower part, an overview of the diplomatic activity in the nine months preceding the vote was printed.
From the top left, the Jewish residents of Haifa are invited to celebrate at the Foundation House in Hadar Carmel.
