Pair of large turquoise, polychrome and gilt porcelain vases, France, Jacob Petit, 19th century - of scenographic layout with a flattened ovoid body finely painted to depict a still life of flowers on both sides; perforated edge characterized by a series of floral reserves: inside runs a motif of bunches of flowers; two handles of a satyr bust with the head surrounded by vine leaves, surmounted by a foliated scroll with a crumpled tip: a similar vegetal motif laterally adorns the foot centered by a shell valve.
