Large blue porcelain and gilt bronze mantel clock, France, 19th century - ovoid body centered by a circular dial with white and blue enamel tablets and Roman numeral indexes; two taken in the shape of a tritone with a double twisted tail: at the top the figure of Galatea sits on a shell in front of a rich composition of flowering stems. The base is richly chiseled with scrolls and is characterized by the figures of two tritons, one of which is in the act of playing a conch, cm. 87x60
