Monumental mantel clock in gilt and patinated bronze, Paris, 19th century - depicting Cupid crowned by Psyche; the two lovers rest on an arched stone which contains the circular dial partially in white enamel with Roman numeral indexes; parallelepiped base decorated with chiselled friezes. The mechanism bears the mark S.Marti et Cie (for Samuel Marti) together with the reproduction of the silver medal from 1889, cm. 98x52x20
