An antique, Meiji Period, gilt mixed metal Okimono (Japanese for ornament for display). Mounted on a later 20th Century Marble base. Depicts a Samurai or War Lord holding a Hawk, chasing a man desperately trying to escape. Measures 8cm high by 6cm wide.
