A First Edition Set of the Lord Of The Rings Trilogy Books by J.R.R. Tolkien. The Fellowship of The Ring - 5th Impression. The Two Towers - 4th Impression. The Return Of The King - 2nd Impression. All hardbacks with dust covers. All have the marks of George Allen and Unwin Ltd. All three books have a folded map at rear. All are in good condition with some slight wear to dust jackets - But as always, please see photos. The Lord Of The Rings is a significant exception to the first edition rule because the original was written as one long book and split into three books for financial reasons.
