Bookbinding, ENCADERNAÇÃO.- JARDIM, Luís.- A instrucção primaria no Municipio de Lisboa.- Lisboa: Typographia de Christóvão Augusto Rodrigues, 1877.- 43 p., 4 tabelas desdobráveis; 24 cm.- E. Specimen coated with remarkable full blue morocco binding, with six borders (alternating to gold and blind) in both planes and central rectangle, equally gold, with flowers in the corners in Circle arch; To the centre of the upper plane, the binding stamp crowned of King D. Fernando II of Portugal, with the gold inscription of the initials D. F. II.; Five houses in the spine, four of which were gold-closed with double frames and fleurons (second house with the engraving of the author’s name and title); gilt edges, gold tooled squares, watered silk end-leaves. Two corners with minor damage.
