Genuine Ruby Ring. There is approximately 1.00 carats of round, faceted rubies in this 10 karat yellow gold wide cluster ring. The center oval ruby is approximately .30 carats and has accent diamonds. This ring is US size 7. This ring can be resized for an additional $100, please allow an additional 10 days for shipping if we resize it. This is a preowned, estate item in excellent condition.
