Such a unique Victorian bright blue enamel peony flower brooch. The brooch measures 1 X 1.5. Has some wear from the age but it does not take away from the brooch. Masterfully crafted by hand, its amazing the intricateness of the tiny petals and the artist using two shades of amazing blue enamel to make the flowers come to life. Amazing old brooch.
