ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This necklace has a pear-shaped, lavender-colored amethyst that is bezel-set within a frame of rich, black enamel. There are light blue sapphires that add a touch of individuality at the top and bottom of the pendant. The pendant is completed with round brilliant-cut diamonds in the fitting halo and bail. The pendant has a basket setting that supports the gemstone and aids in stabilization. The solid bail is attached to an affixed ring on the pendant and it bears the "Oscar Friedman" hallmark. This pendant hangs from an 18" swivel link chain and has a lobster clasp.
