Gouache painting (tempera on cardboard), early 20th century, Italian school, depicting the eruption of Mount Vesuvius as seen from Santa Lucia. Inner frame dimensions: 91x58 cm. Outer frame dimensions: 104x70 cm. Signed by an unidentified artist at the bottom right. The artwork is in excellent condition. The frame shows slight signs of wear, as shown in the attached photos.
