According to indication given by Inocêncio, it is actually a third edition. The differences are in the frontispiece - the second one does not have the indication "At the expense of the Erdeiros of Domingos Carneiro" - and in the typefaces. The first edition was printed in Coimbra, by Manuel Dias, in 1651, and was the first work of its kind in Portuguese. Unusual.
