VERY RARE WORK about the life of D. António, Prior of Crato. The author, a famous French woman of letters, wrote this little book, according to herself, according to a manuscript in her grandfather's collection, “portugais & frere de Scipion de Vasconcelos”, someone close to D. António, and who describes the times of exile. Samodães describes an illustrated edition printed in Rome in the same year, with another printed in Amsterdam. The present one, as you can see, does not have any engraving.
