The upcoming event by Giusti Auctions is just around the corner. This exceptional opportunity, set in the

The prestigious "Modena meets Misano" auction will be held on Saturday, September 2.
This motor memorabilia auction presents an opportunity to acquire items associated with pivotal and iconic
moments in motor history. These items not only hold historical and collectible significance, but also carry a
deeper, more special meaning. All proceeds from more than 70 lots will be partly contributed to the "Centro Dino Ferrari" . Additionally, about ten lots from Jonathan Giacobazzi's private collection will be included in
the auction. The funds raised will aid in acquiring a state-of-the-art electron microscope that can amplify the
view of internal cell structures by up to 100 times.
For over 40 years, the “Dino Ferrari Center” has been a leading institution in neurological disease research.
The new microscope will enable detailed analysis of tissues from patients with severe genetic disorders,
advancing scientific understanding and leading to faster, more accurate diagnoses for better patient
outcomes.
A vibrant and engaging auction featuring objects related to the history of Ducati from the early 20th century,
as well as items from the scientific society Radiobrevetti Ducati specialized in radio communication
technologies. Historical trophies from Scuderia Ferrari Moto pilots like Aldo Pigorini, Giordano Aldighetti,
and Terzo Bandini aboard the Rudge 500cc raced by Enzo Ferrari. A rare trophy won by Tazio Nuvolari in
1925 at the Padova circuit with the Bianchi Freccia Celeste 250 cc, followed by Moto GP and Superbike gear
from renowned riders like Marquez, Dovizioso, Lorenzo, Biaggi, and many more, including Luca Marini,
whose MotoGP 2017 bike is also featured. Notable Superbike motorcycles include an autographed Rinaldi

Ducati "Sogno" microcamera, 1941
La microcamera Sogno è stata ideata e progettata durante la seconda guerra mondiale nei laboratori segreti POST utilizzati per creare prodotti adatti al periodo postbellico a partire da 1941[3]. La prima apparizione in pubblico è stata alla Fiera di Milano del 1946, entrando nel mercato con un prezzo di 82000 lire, (convertite in lire del 2002 sono 3,5 milioni)[4], potendo inoltre contare su un intero sistema di accessori ed altri articoli dedicati, però la microcamera presto si trasformò in un deciso insuccesso per l'azienda, principalmente per due motivi: • uso di caricatori speciali dedicati; • il costo molto elevato di mercato; La Sogno detto è una microcamera dalle dimensioni ridotte 5,4 cm altezza, profonda 3,3 cm, lunghezza 10 cm e peso 245 gr compresa l'ottica con pellicola di formato 18x24, telemetro, ottiche intercambiabili, con un'ampia gamma di accessori abbinabili[6]. I caricatori speciali possono scattare fino a 15 fotogrammi, l'otturatore è a tendina con una gamma di tempi da 1/20 a 1/500 più posa B, l'innesto dell'obiettivo è a baionetta particolare; quello di serie era un Vitor 35 mm f 1/3,5 con diaframma regolabile da 1/3,5 a 1/16[7]. La messa a fuoco è possibile regolarla attraverso un telemetro separato dal mirino, che mostra una parte dell'inquadratura, in più l'oculare del telemetro è regolabile per correggere errori di vista del fotografo[8]. La microcamera non era sincronizzata, ma era disponibile un accessorio applicabile al bottone di scatto, pontendo in questo modo utilizzare il flash. La Sogno è stata prodotta, nel corso del tempo, effettuando alcune varianti: per esempio la Sogno a numeri rossi e la Sogno sport che si differenziava dal modello classico per i tempi che spaziavano da 1/100 a 1/3000 s. Altre modifiche effettuate furono la realizzazione della sincronizzazione nelle ultime Sogno, oppure la regolazione del telemetro con una ghiera sull'oculare, è stata modificata tramite una piccola leva, vicino al bottone per la regolazione dei tempi.
Parte del ricavato verrà destinato all' Associazione "Centro Dino Ferrari" ETS e contribuirà all'acquisizione di un nuovo Microscopio Elettronico, strumento all'avanguardia e di altissima precisione.
