A LATE 19TH CENTURY FRENCH CHAMPLEVE ENAMEL STRIKING CARRIAGE CLOCK the brass case with acanthus leaf corner columns and champleve enamel decoration enclosing matched glazed bevelled glass panels and a gilt masked dial fronting an eight-day spring driven movement with originally compensated lever escapement striking on a gong.
