YOUNG LORETTA: (1913-2000) American Actress, Academy Award winner. Vintage signed and inscribed 8 x 10 photograph, the image depicting Young in a genteel head and shoulders pose in her role as Katie Holstrom in the RKO Radio Pictures film The Farmers Daughter (1947). It was for her role in this film that Young won her Best Actress Oscar. Signed by the actress in bold blue fountain pen ink to a clear area of the background, 'To Ronald, Loretta Young'. VG
