The partially printed document bearing the heading of "Gioacchino Napoleone, King of the Two Sicilies", is a decree containing three articles approved and based on the report given by the Minister of Interior. The decree refers to municipality of San Nicandro, to taxes and amounts corresponding to the previous year 1812. With a very small area of paper loss to the left border not affecting the text or signature, and two small tears to the edges, otherwise VG £100-150
