A.L.S., A Dumas, one page, 8vo, Paris, n.d., on his personal blue paper printed stationery, to his godson, in French. Dumas states in part `How kind you are my dear godson, I find in this artist the fair views and the sensible feelings of the woman with character and the universal woman.´. Together with A.L.S., A Dumas, two pages, 12mo, n.p., n.d., to his friend Emile Deschanel, in French. Dumas stating `There is nothing, absolutely nothing until ten or twelve days..´ Both with blank integral leaf. Folded, otherwise VG £100-120 Emile Deschanel (1819-1904) French Author and Politician. A close friend to Alexandre Dumas.
