Bush, in his capacity as Vice President of the United States of America, states in full `I hereby honor the memory of President Josip Broz Tito, statesman and Yugoslav patriot. Under his farsighted leadership over many turbulent years, Yugoslavia not only attained independence, but respect abroad and prosperity at home.´ A large bold blue ink signature by Bush. He gained further international attention as the chief leader of the Non-Aligned Movement. Widely considered a soft dictator, but also a unifying symbol bringing peace and coexistence.
