MANDELA NELSON: A South African commemorative cover issued for the Presidential Inauguration on 10th May 1994 and featuring a gold and blue design with the caption Many Cultures - One Nation, individually signed by Nelson Mandela (1918-2013, President of South Africa 1994-99 & joint Nobel Peace Prize winner, 1993), F. W. de Klerk (1936- , President of South Africa 1989-94 & joint Nobel Peace Prize winner, 1993) and Thabo Mbeki (1942- , President of South Africa 1999-2008). All have signed with their names alone in bold blue or black inks. The cover features four different postage stamps, one with the portrait of Mandela, and is post marked at Pretoria, 10th May 1994.
