Charcot states `After 7 months absent, 5 of them at sea, the day by day life in Paris is stupid, and we make all kind of things excepting what is really pleasant, like meeting friends! I wish you a great success from deep in my heart..«. VG £100-150 Charcot returned in 1925-26 from his Greenland expedition which would give him the argument for his work ''La Mer du Groenland, Croisieres du Pourquoi-Pas?'' (The sea of Greenland, Cruises of the Pourquoi-Pas?). The Pourqoui-Pas? (Why not?) was the name of the ship Charcot used for most of his expeditions. He would die on it when it wrecked in a storm off the coast of Iceland.
