ARAFAT YASSER: (1929-2004) President of the Palestinian National Authority 1996-2004. Nobel Peace Prize winner 1994. An excellent document with two autographs by Arafat, the front cover bearing the Palestinian flag, with Arabic embossed letters and the printed heading of the ''Palestine Liberation Organization''. Signed colour 5 x 7 photograph of Arafat in a head and shoulders pose. Signed (Y. Arafat'') in bold black ink with his name alone to a clear area to the upper left of the image. The photograph is presented to the inside of a white stiff 4to folding card and is signed again to the blank inside right page `With best Wishes - Y. Arafat´, dated 17th December 1996 in his hand.
