CHARISSE CYD: (1922-2008) American dancer and actress. A good signed 8 x 10 photograph, the original vintage Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer publicity portrait depicting the young actress seated in an appealing full-length pose wearing a ballet costume, issued at the time of her performance in the American musical comedy film Ziegfeld Follies (1945) in which she danced alongside Fred Astaire. Signed by Charisse in bold, dark fountain pen ink with her name alone to the image. VG
