A Rare Letter handwritten and Signe dby Rabbi Akiva Kornitzer the Rabbi of Krakow – 1887
A letter of recommendation for emissaries of Kollel Kehal Sephardim of Jerusalem handwritten and signed by Rabbi Akiva Kornitzer.
On the lower part of the leaf and on its reverse side, many signatures of the donators, most likely, residents of Krakow.
Rabbi Akiva Kornitzer (1839-1892) was the grandson of the Chatam Sofer. he was a disciple of the Ketav Sofer.
