EVA PERON - HANDWRITTEN AND AUTOGRAPHED NOTE
María Eva Duarte de Perón, born María Eva Duarte (Los Toldos, May 7, 1919 – Buenos Aires, July 26, 1952), was an Argentine actress, politician, trade unionist and philanthropist, second wife of President Juan Domingo Perón and first lady of Argentina from 1946 until her death in 1952, from cancer, at the age of 33. She is usually referred to as Eva Perón or by the diminutive Evita.
Eva Duarte was born in Los Toldos, near Junín, about 280 kilometers southwest of Buenos Aires, in rural Argentina, on May 7, 1919, the youngest of five children.
In 1934, at the age of 15, she moved to Buenos Aires, the nation's capital, where she began a career as an actress in theater, radio and cinema.
Eva met Colonel Juan Domingo Perón on January 22, 1944, in Buenos Aires, during a charity event for the victims of the San Juan earthquake. The two married the following year. In 1946, Juan Perón was elected President of Argentina, proposing a social and nationalist policy, Peronism, to which Eva contributed. Over the next six years, Eva Perón became a leading figure within the Peronist unions, advocating for the rights of workers and the poor. She died at the age of 33, from uterine cancer.

Her figure, still an object of popular veneration in Argentina, has also been the focus of numerous posthumous celebrations, such as the Hollywood film Evita, based on the homonymous stage musical.

UNFINDABLE, VERY PRECIOUS HANDWRITTEN NOTE ON EVITA'S HEADLINE, WITH A VERY CLEAR AND LEGIBLE SIGNATURE.
It was written in 1953, by the Casa Rosada, to invite one of its collaborators, LUIS FIORE, to come to her urgently, for reasons that she would have told him verbally.
The document is in excellent condition, despite being over 70 years old.

Including a precious hand-crafted silver frame.

Very important historical document.
