Olio su tela 79 x 62 cm La stretta somiglianza con i vari ritratti del duca, tra cui quello di Justus Sustermans, inducono a pensare che la nostra tela ritragga Ranuccio II Farnese, sesto duca di Parma e Piacenza, reggente dall'11 settembre 1646 sino alla morte, avvenuta l'11 dicembre 1694.
