L'attribuzione tradizionale riportata al retro trova un importante riscontro comparativo nella Sacra Famiglia e San Giovannino del Museo Blanton di Austin dove ritroviamo una scenografia di rovine molto simile. The traditional attribution reported on the back finds an important comparative confirmation in the Holy Family and Saint John of the Blanton Museum in Austin where we find a very similar scenography of ruins.
