A JADEITE SADDLE AND DIAMOND RING, BY BELFORD
Set with a saddle-top jadeite cabochon of bright green color and very good translucent, within a pavé-set diamond surround and shoulders, accented by brilliant- and baguette-cut diamonds on sides, to the engraved half hoop, mounted in 18K white gold, signed Belford, jadeite measuring 19.27 x 8.57 x 2.21 mm, ring size 5¾
Accompanied by a report from the Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory, stating that the saddle-top shape cabochon is natural fei cui and no resin is detected, report no. SJ 214306, dated 31 October 2022
