Pendant/Breastpin, commonly referred to as “Gramalheira medal”, in 800 thousandth bicolor gold, smooth plate with engraved edge and application of spiral threads and textured leaves. Studded with imitation pearls, imitation turquoise and imitation garnet. Hoop with Braga hallmark, used from 1887 to 1911 and unreadable maker's mark. Defects, signs of wear and tear.
