Silver French chocolate pot, 19th/20th century. Cylindrical body partly fluted, with turned rosewood side handle. Possibly later manufactured smaller lid, with rosewood lid knob. French guarantee marks, 950 thousandths, in use in Paris at the end of the 19th/20th century, silversmith mark from the same period. Dents, scratches, and defects.

Pot à chocolat français en argent, XIXe/XXe siècle. Corps cylindrique partiellement cannelé, avec poignée latérale en palissandre tournée. Couvercle plus petit fabriqué ultérieurement, avec bouton de couvercle en palissandre. Poinçons de garantie français, 950 millièmes, en usage à Paris à la fin du XIXe/XXe siècle, poinçon de l'orfèvre de la même période. Bosses, rayures et défauts.
