GAGLIARDI Domenico (1660-1725) - Anatomes ossium novis inventis illustratae. Rome: Giovanni Komarek, 1689. Gagliardi, doctor and anatomist, is remembered for his studies on bones. 8vo (177 x 116mm). Small woodcut vignette on title, 4 engraved folding plates, woodcut initials (some browning and spotting). Contemporary vellum (light spotting). Provenance: inscription on front free endpaper - Maurice Villaret (1877-1946, bookplate; French neurologist). The lot is accompanied by a export license.
