BRUSCO, Giacomo (1739-1817) - Description des Beautes de Genes et de ses Environs. Genoa: Yves Gravier, 1796. A fine illustrated editions with plates by Giovanni Guidotti of this guide on Genoa. 8vo (175 x 105mm). Folding map as frontispiece, 18 engraved plates of which 14 folding (light occasional spotting). Contemporary marbled calf, gilt decorations on spine and title on label, coloured endpapers (light wear). Provenance: Bibliothèque de Charles Chairs(?) (contemporary ownership inscription).
