SCOTO, Francesco (1548-1622) - Itinerario, overo nova descrittione de' viaggi principali d'Italia. Venice: Giovanni Pietro Brigonci, 1670. A fine illustrated edition of this always fascinating work by Scoto depicting numerous beautiful italian cities. 3 parts in one volume, 12mo (138 x 70mm). Woodcut vignette of Venice on title, 37 woodcut folding plates, headpieces and initials (some light waterstaining, few margins of plates slightly frayed). Contemporary vellum, manuscript title on spine (some wear).
