"Rome, Parc of Aqueducts" is a nice little B/W etching realized by Armando Buratti in 1967 representing a typical Roman landscape. At the center of the scene a monumental elm tree and a country road to the horizon.


This work is hand-signed and dated in pencil lower right margin and hand-numbered left margin. It is an edition of 50 prints.
Armando Buratti (Roma 1924) is an italian painter and engraver. He took part to Italian Portonaccio's School, a group of young artists born after the Second World War in the homonym district of Rome. Buratti inaugurates its work in Rome for the first time in 1946 at Studio La Finestra; then he exhibits at Galleria La Tartaruga. His work can be found at the National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art in Rome and the Capitoline Museums.
Good condition. Include Passepartout(cm 49 x 69).
