14 pages. 32 x 12 cm. Hernán Loyola notes: “This is a clandestine mimeographed edition, with no information about its publication.” With drawings by Gabriel Bracho. Probably the first manifesto of the Communist Party of Chile, and the second publication of the Communist Party of Chile. The publication date is not clear as there is no information in the text. Horacio Jorge Becco’s biography of Pablo Neruda, mentions this pamphlet in n°90, but makes no allusion to the prints by G. Bracho, which suggests that Becco never saw a copy of this rare collection of poems.
